1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping at SilverStar Pin. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product isn’t used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
3. Shipping Returns

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
